The hostel sits in a lively area 2 minutes from Loreto metro (red line), providing direct access to Duomo (15 min), Milano Centrale (15-18 min on foot), and all major tourist zones. Several bus and tram stops are right outside. Milan Linate Airport is 7 km away; Malpensa and Bergamo airports connect via shuttle bus to Centrale, then metro or a short walk. The area has supermarkets (Lidl within walking distance), many restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km, and a shopping street along Corso Buenos Aires.

Rooms range from 6-bed dorms to family rooms with private bathroom and kitchenette. Each bed comes with a reading light and a nearby plug socket. Soundproofing is limited - noise from the corridor, kitchen, and common areas can carry, especially in rooms near the terrace. Some bunk beds are creaky and may shake. Air conditioning is available but controlled by reception (operating hours 8pm-8am). Bring a padlock for the metal lockers in the room (€3 to buy at reception). There are no lockable doors on dormitories. Some rooms have a private ensuite, but many share bathrooms. Rooms are cleaned daily, though some fixtures may show wear.

Breakfast is not consistently offered; check availability when booking. There is no on-site restaurant or bar. The shared kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge, and basic utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Some family rooms have a kitchenette for independent cooking. Vending machines in the common area offer drinks and packaged snacks. For more variety, a range of pizzerias, sushi spots, and trattorias are within a 3-5 minute walk, including Capriccio Ristorante Pizzeria and Sushi&Fusion.
