Torino Airport is 17 km away; the Porta Nuova railway station and Flixbus stop are both on the same road. The Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Reale, and the Duomo are all within a 15-minute walk. Paid blue-line street parking (€1.50/hour, free after 19:30 on weekdays and all weekend) is available along the corso, with a dedicated car park 250 metres from the entrance. The area feels lively and safe, even late in the evening.

All rooms include a private entrance, parquet flooring, air conditioning, a TV, an electric kettle, a work desk, and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are modern with large walk-in showers and a hairdryer. The double and triple rooms offer a private bathroom, while the single room has a shared bathroom just outside the room. Tea and tisane bags are provided, and a welcome kit includes towels and toiletries. Rooms facing the main road (Corso Vittorio Emanuele II) can experience significant traffic noise, especially at night; those overlooking the inner courtyard are quieter. Some rooms connect to the neighbouring room via an old internal door, which does not block sound effectively. Light sleepers should request a courtyard-facing room. The property has a lift on the fourth floor.

No on-site dining is offered, so all meals need to be planned outside the property. The immediate surroundings are rich with options: Da Nonna Jolanda (Italian), Segafredo (café/bar), Charlie Bird (pub food), Sushi Dozo (Japanese), Tiffany Bistrot (bistro), Papille's (Italian), and Bar Platti (snacks) are all within 0.5 km. For a lighter morning meal, several cafés on the corso serve pastries and coffee. The central location also puts a wide range of restaurants in the city centre within a 10-15 minute walk.

The property operates on a self-check-in basis with advance communication; the host meets guests at the entrance or provides a key box with photo instructions. WiFi is complimentary throughout the building. There is no reception, no luggage storage, and no daily room servicing. A spare set of towels and toilet paper can be requested, but these are usually provided only at check-in or the following day.
