LONDON RESIDENCE, London

The property is set on a street with pubs and restaurants, just a short walk from Victoria Station (trains, Tube, and Gatwick Express). Heathrow Airport is 21 km away. Many central landmarks - Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Hyde Park - are within a 15-20 minute walk. A Tesco Express is directly across the street for groceries, and a variety of cafés and bakeries are a 1-2 minute walk away. Noise from the street and nearby pubs can be audible at night, particularly in rooms facing the road.

Rooms at London Residence are compact, with space for one suitcase. Each features a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, soundproofed windows, parquet floors, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Heating is available, but no air conditioning. Some rooms face the road and can be noisy from street traffic and nearby pubs, while others are quieter. The accommodation suits short stays where most time is spent out. For a quieter experience, request a room away from the street.

London Residence does not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast service as part of the standard offering, though some room rates may include breakfast - check availability when booking. The surrounding area has an excellent variety of dining options within a 2-5 minute walk, including The Queens Arms, About Thyme Restaurant, The Warwick, Paradise Indian Restaurant, Seafresh Fish Restaurant, A. Wong, and Primi Piatti, as well as several cafés and a Tesco Express for self-catering.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or leisure facilities. Guests looking for these amenities should plan for activities in the surrounding city area.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no charge. Check-in is self-service via a door code sent by message on the arrival day. Express and private check-in/out are available. There is no on-site staff at the property, though the host can be contacted by message. No luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out. Safety features include key access, CCTV in common areas and outside, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. The property has a narrow staircase with no lift. Rooms are serviced only during longer stays; supplies and towels are not replenished daily.
