Piazza di Spagna is a 4-minute walk, the Spanish Steps are 400 metres away, Trevi Fountain is a 10-minute stroll, and the Colosseum, Pantheon and Vatican are all reachable on foot within 20-30 minutes. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, bars and shops, and the metro at Barberini is just a few minutes away. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km from the property. The excellent walkability means most sightseeing requires no public transport, though street noise in the apartment can be noticeable at all hours.

The apartments offer a well-equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee maker) and a separate seating area. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Bedding options include a double bed and a sofa bed.
