The unit sleeps up to 4 people with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The master bedroom has a comfortable mattress and a window; the second bedroom has no window and a very small upper window, so ventilation is limited and the room may not suit all travellers. The interior bedroom also has a pull-out bed but the mechanism is described as broken by some. The bathroom is modern and private but the shower lacks a door (just a curtain), so water may spill onto the floor. The bathroom door handle is broken and cannot be locked. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher but is minimally equipped-no kettle, no cutting board, and basic knives. The living room has a patio view, parquet floors, air conditioning, and a fan, but the sofa is worn and stained. The apartment has a bright and clean impression for some, but others report worn furniture and visible wear on surfaces.

There are no on-site spa, pool, or gym facilities but the location makes up for it: Alcazaba, the Picasso Museum, and Malaga Cathedral are all less than 10 minutes on foot. The beach is also reachable on foot. The apartment itself has a small patio where you can sit, and a flat-screen TV in the living room for downtime. For other leisure, the nearby Plaza de la Merced is the hub for outdoor cafés and events.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and reported to work well. A paid shuttle service can be arranged for airport transfers. The building has a lift to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located. The apartment is family-friendly and family rooms are available. CCTV and smoke alarms operate on-site. A paid locker service on Carreteria Street (24 Carreteria) provides secure luggage storage if you arrive before check-in or have a late flight. Online check-in is required, and the host is responsive via messages. On-site reception is not staffed; keys are collected from a nearby office.
