LULU'S BED & BREAKFAST, Niagara-on-the-Lake

The property is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by vineyards, offering a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy town centre. It is about a 25-minute flat walk or a short Uber ride to the historic district where restaurants, shops, and attractions are concentrated. Mississauga Beach is 2 km away. Wineries and wine tours operate in the area, with many tour providers offering pickups from the B&B. The property is also within walking distance of Backhouse, The Garrison House, and Butler's Bar and Grill, each about 1 km away. This location is ideal for guests who want a quiet, car-friendly base to explore the region.

Lulu's offers four rooms: a large Master King room with a generous ensuite featuring a jacuzzi tub, double glass shower, and double sinks; one Queen room with its own ensuite with a glass shower; and two Queen rooms that share a newly renovated bathroom with a glass shower. All rooms are upstairs, have parquet floors, writing desks, air conditioning, soundproofing, and garden views. The Master King and Queen ensuite rooms are recommended for those wanting guaranteed private facilities. The two shared-bathroom Queens work well for two couples traveling together but mean up to six people sharing the bathroom. The rooms are tastefully decorated with pressed white linens, and each guest receives a fluffy white towel, hand towel, and face cloth. None of the rooms have two separate beds or a balcony.

Breakfast is served daily by the chef-host, who offers a varied menu with continental, American, à la carte, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The meal includes fresh fruit, hot dishes, pancakes, and local specialties. Kids' meals are available for free. The breakfast setting provides an opportunity to interact with other guests at a common table. The property does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but several dining options are within a 1 km walk, and the historic district offers a wide selection of restaurants. Guests wanting a full breakfast experience can enjoy the prepared meal without planning outside alternatives.

Guests can relax in the garden and on the sun terrace with outdoor furniture and picnic tables. Free sun loungers and beach umbrellas are available. The garden overlooks neighboring vineyards, creating a quiet and scenic space. For activities, bike tours, billiards, and a golf course within 3 km are available for an additional charge. Board games and kids' outdoor play equipment are also provided. There is no spa, swimming pool, or wellness center on the property. Boating is possible in the surrounding area. The garden is a practical space for unwinding after exploring the region.

The property offers free private parking on-site without reservation, including accessible parking and street parking. Secure parking for bicycles is available with a linked fence. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout. Services include luggage storage, express check-in/out, private check-in/out, and a shared lounge/TV area. Daily housekeeping is performed before arrival only, not during the stay, and a cleaning charge is applied. The host provides concierge-style assistance with restaurant reservations and activity suggestions. Key access and CCTV in common areas ensure security. No airport shuttle or pet accommodation is available.
