EMPRESS INN AND SUITES BY THE FALLS, Niagara Falls

The hotel sits in a highly rated area of Niagara Falls, placing the falls, Clifton Hill entertainment district, and the Fallsview Casino all within a short walk. Marineland Canada is 5 km away by car. The property is on the Canada side of the falls. Numerous restaurants, including Il Sorriso Cafe & Pizzeria, Yukiguni Japanese Restaurant, and The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, are within a 5-minute walk. For those without a car, the area is easily explored on foot, though parking on-site is available for a fee.

Accommodation ranges from rooms with 1 or 2 beds to family rooms with 3 beds that sleep up to 6 people. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, ironing facilities, and outdoor furniture. While some rooms include a spa bath, not all have private bathrooms - shared facilities may apply. The property is older in style; room conditions can vary, and some may show signs of wear. Those sensitive to noise should be aware that doors open to the outside, which can carry sound from the walkways. Family rooms are spacious enough for groups, though the lack of an elevator means upper-floor rooms require stair access.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi throughout and a 24-hour reception desk with an ATM on site. Daily housekeeping is available but must be requested each day. Services include luggage storage (free), fax/photocopying, ironing service, and laundry (both at an additional charge). A vending machine for drinks is located on the property. Parking is private, on-site, and costs CAD 15 per night - a reservation is required. No airport shuttle is available. The property is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not allowed.
