LUMINA AT CARDINAL CABO SAN LUCAS, Cabo San Lucas

The apartment is in a central downtown area, approximately 18 minutes from Marina Cabo San Lucas by car. Medano Beach is 2 km away, and El Arco is 3 km. The property is a 25-minute walk from the marina, with a 5-minute Uber ride also an option. Multiple restaurants, a pharmacy, and grocery stores are within a few blocks on October 12 road. While the area is safe and walkable, some sidewalks are uneven. The building has a locked underground garage which provides secure parking for guests arriving by car.

Accommodation consists of studios and multi-bedroom apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, free toiletries, and a fully equipped or well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a dining area, tea and coffee maker, and a private entrance. A flat-screen TV with streaming services is provided. Some apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Bed setups vary: studios have 1-2 beds, larger apartments offer 2-3 beds. The 3-bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and one shared between the second and third bedrooms. Units are spacious, but some windows are thin and road-facing rooms can experience significant noise from traffic and nearby events.

The outdoor swimming pool is located on the rooftop and is open all year from 09:00 to 22:00. It has sun loungers and beach towels provided. The hot tub offers free use and is a popular spot for watching sunrises and sunsets over the city. The rooftop area also features a solarium, an outdoor fireplace, and comfortable seating areas. There is a small, open-air fitness area on the rooftop. The barbecue facilities are available for guest use. Nearby massage services are a 12-minute walk away.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the building, though connectivity can be inconsistent - some rooms may only get a signal in parts of the apartment. Free private parking is available at a nearby off-site location (no reservation needed); a locked underground garage is also provided. Express check-in and check-out are available via keypad code. A safety deposit box, 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, and smoke alarms are in place. Concierge service is available via messaging. Luggage storage is not offered. A laundry service with pick-up can be recommended. The building has an elevator. There is a coffee shop on the property. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge.
