For Edinburgh city centre, the most efficient route is to use the A1 Park & Ride (50p for all-day parking) then a 10-minute train ride, or catch the number 26 bus from the park entrance, which runs every half hour into the city. The location on the edge of the holiday park is quiet, with easy access to a field for dog walking and a path to the beach.

The accommodation comprises 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms (a double and 2 twin rooms, sleeping up to 6) and 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, the other a separate toilet and sink. The living space includes a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a terrace with garden views. The kitchen is well equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, electric kettle and cookware. The property has carpeted floors, ironing facilities and a dining table. It is a modern, clean and well-maintained space that feels quiet and comfortable.

Access to these facilities requires purchasing a pass. The park is quiet and peaceful, with a beach 8 minutes away on foot and walking paths in a nearby field. The area is well suited for family breaks and relaxing staycations.

Parking is free, private and on-site without the need for a reservation. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, with self check-in available. Check-out is by 10:00. Pets are allowed on request; charges may apply. There is no internet access at the property. No airport shuttle is available. The property has no restaurant, spa or swimming pool without a separate facilities pass. The host is responsive and provides clear instructions, and luggage can be stored if needed.
