Located in a safe local neighbourhood away from the tourist strip, the property offers easy access to local life. The R1 bus stop is within a short walk, connecting directly to the Hotel Zone, Puerto Juarez Beach (2 km), and the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal. Gran Puerto Cancún is 2 km away. The bus station is close enough to walk with luggage, and free on-site parking makes car-based exploration straightforward. Two studio types are available. Room 1 has a private bathroom inside the room and access to a shared kitchen with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Room 2 has a private balcony and a private bathroom next door (not inside the room) plus shared kitchen access. All rooms feature air conditioning, a fan, comfortable bedding, and a flat-screen TV. The rooms are noted as spacious and clean, though the property has stairs and no lift.
