LUXURY TREVI, Rome

The property is situated in the real heart of Rome, directly at the Trevi Fountain. The main tourist spots - the Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon - are all within walking distance (roughly 20-30 minutes on foot). Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away. The area is extremely lively and can stay noisy well into the night, so rooms at the back of the building offer quieter sleep. For getting around, the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops are 2-3 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, and Barberini and Spagna metro stations (Line A) are about 7-10 minutes on foot. A paid airport shuttle from Fiumicino is available for €70 (must be pre-booked).

The apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower and bidet. It is air-conditioned and has soundproofed walls, which help reduce noise from the busy area. The unit has parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. A dining table and work desk are also included. For quieter sleep, rooms at the back of the building are recommended as the area stays lively late at night. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator - just a few flights of stairs. Daily housekeeping and other cleaning services are available for an additional charge.

The apartment includes a full kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, perfect for self-catering. A breakfast-to-go option is available (Italian style). In the immediate area, several dining spots are within 0.5 km: Gelateria Valentino, L'Antico Forno di Fontana Trevi, Spaghetteria L'Archetto, Baccano, Il Chianti Osteria Toscana, and Osteria Allegro Pachino. Giolitti, a renowned gelateria, is 0.5 km away. For those who prefer cooking, the apartment's kitchenette provides all the essentials, and a minimarket is located on site for groceries.

The apartment does not include a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. The property's primary leisure value is its location: the Trevi Fountain is effectively at the doorstep, and the surrounding area is filled with cafés, shops, and restaurants. The Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops are 2-3 minutes away, making exploration of Rome's main attractions convenient.

Complementary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Private check-in and check-out services are provided. A paid airport shuttle from Fiumicino is offered for €70 (must be pre-booked).
