M20 BOUTIQUE HOTEL, Milan

The hotel is situated on the second floor of a shopping arcade just off Piazza del Duomo, placing it within a short walk of all major landmarks: Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (500 metres), Palazzo Reale (400 metres), and the Duomo itself. Milan Linate Airport is 7 km away, and the closest Metro station is a 2-minute walk, with only four stops to Milano Centrale station. The location is central yet surprisingly quiet, with limited street noise in most rooms, though the entrance is not marked from the street and can be hard to find. A public parking garage (Autosilo Diaz) is a 1-minute walk, and the building itself houses several restaurants, making dining very convenient.

Each room features a private bathroom with a bath or shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries-including conditioner in addition to shampoo and body wash. Amenities include a minibar, tea and coffee maker with complimentary capsules, flat-screen TV, safe, and ironing facilities. Rooms are available only as doubles with one double bed per room, so larger groups will need multiple bookings. While the rooms are clean and newly renovated with comfortable beds, some units facing the street or rear air-conditioning machinery can be noisy. Rooms are generally a good size for the city centre, and the lift (250 kg capacity) provides access, though the building itself feels more like an apartment than a traditional hotel.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner services, so all meals need to be taken outside the property. However, the building itself contains a variety of restaurants and cafés including Sushi Li, Da Bruno, Epomeo Cafe, HANA Ristorante Coreano, Yuan - Duomo, and Cargo Bio Food-all within a 3-minute walk. The immediate area around Duomo is packed with restaurants, bars, and cafes catering to all budgets and cuisines. For guests arriving late, self-check-in with key codes allows easy access after hours, though planning ahead for evening meals is wise.

Services include free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures, express check-in/out, and a concierge who can arrange taxis. The paid shuttle service covers Malpensa (€110-€135), Linate (€50-€70), and Bergamo (€120-€145) airports. Daily housekeeping is included but bed linen changes occur every four days. Security features include 24-hour CCTV, key card access, and a safe deposit box in the room. A laundry/ironing service is not available, and there is no on-site washing machine. The property uses an electric vehicle charging station off-site, and public parking (€25/24h) is a 1-minute walk away. Prepayment is possible via a payment link, and the hotel accepts Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, and MasterCard.
