Accommodation ranges from suites with separate bedrooms and full kitchens to studio rooms, with carpeted floors, dining tables, and free Wi-Fi. Previously advertised with a hot breakfast, the hotel now provides only a pre-packaged grab-and-go bag containing a juice box, a pastry, and a granola bar. No hot food, fresh fruit, or coffee is offered. The surrounding area offers a variety of dining options such as Wurst und Bier, Lotus Grill, Sushi Ko, and Chipotle, all within 0.5 km. There is no restaurant or bar on the property.

Free parking is available on site without reservation, and accessible parking is provided. Wi-Fi is free in rooms. A business centre is available at no extra charge, and laundry facilities are offered for an additional fee. The hotel provides CCTV, smoke alarms, and key card access, but external doors and elevator have been reported as broken or unreliable. Luggage storage is not offered, and housekeeping service has been described as inconsistent. Pets are allowed with possible charges. A $75 deposit is collected at check-in.
