MAITRISE HOTEL MAIDA VALE - LONDON, London

Kilburn Park underground station (Bakerloo) is just a 3-minute walk, and the London Overground at Kilburn High Road is a 2-minute walk. The bus stop opposite the hotel runs services to Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, Wembley Stadium and Arena, and Paddington station. Local attractions include Lord's Cricket Ground, Little Venice, Abbey Road Studios, Regent's Park, London Zoo, and Camden Market - all easily reached by public transport. The Roundhouse venue is about 15 minutes by car or a short tube ride. The hotel is also close to Tesco, Starbucks, and numerous pubs and restaurants, making it a practical base for exploring London.

Standard double rooms are compact but functional, available with or without a window. Superior double rooms add a sofa and a guaranteed window. Single rooms offer a walk-in shower, seating area, and work desk. Twin rooms are available (subject to inventory). Rooms facing the main road may experience traffic noise, and windowless rooms rely on air conditioning for airflow. Housekeeping is provided daily, but extra beds or sofa beds are not available. A few rooms include a fridge, but this is not guaranteed. The hotel does not provide microwaves or USB charging points. To ensure natural light and ventilation, it is essential to book a room with a window.

Chaiiwala is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00 and offers a varied menu including all-day breakfast, street food, and traditional Indian dishes. For breakfast, the hotel itself offers a choice of English breakfast (£8.50) or Desi breakfast (£7.95), with a Halal option and breakfast-to-go available. The restaurant also provides a 15% discount for hotel guests. Other dining options within a short walk include The Rafkins Lounge Bar, The Betsy Smith, Kish Restaurant, and a Tesco superstore opposite the hotel. No other on-site dining facilities exist beyond Chaiiwala.

The fitness centre is located adjacent to the hotel and is open 24 hours. Guests can purchase a day pass at the gym or through the hotel reception. For outdoor leisure, Regent's Park, Little Venice, and the canals are within a short journey by public transport or on foot. The hotel is not a leisure-focused property, but the gym provides a convenient option for those wanting to maintain their fitness routine.
