Rooms range from compact doubles to larger family rooms and a duplex suite. All have private bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and a mini fridge. Some rooms feature a balcony with city views, while the top-floor attic rooms have extra space and a small terrace. Several rooms have windows opening onto interior courtyards or corridors rather than an external view - these can feel dark and stuffy. Soundproofing varies: the double glazing handles general street hum, but rooms on lower floors facing the pedestrian street can be noisy during bar hours. The family room (two beds) and a suite (separate living room, bedroom and bathroom accessed by internal stairs) provide more space. A few rooms are very compact, with clothes storage limited to an open rail above the fridge. The bathroom door in many rooms is a heavy sliding partition that does not fully enclose the space - moisture and toilet noise can travel. Housekeeping is not daily unless requested, so longer stays may require asking at reception for fresh towels or rubbish removal. The lift serves all floors except the top-level attic rooms, which require climbing narrow stairs from the third floor. Some duplex rooms have steep and narrow stairs between levels.

The property has no swimming pool, spa or gym. For relaxation and leisure, La Malagueta Beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the concierge desk can provide towels and umbrellas. The multilingual staff organise walking tours of the city. The lively bar and restaurant area directly outside offers social options in the evenings, and staff also arrange group dinners and pub crawls for those interested.

Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged directly with the property. Express check-in and check-out are free of charge. Free luggage storage is available from 09:30 on check-in day and until 21:30 on check-out day - useful for late flights or early arrivals. Lockers are provided for securing valuables.
