The property is set in a group of buildings within the La Malagueta district. Malaga Port is a 10-minute walk away, and the bullring (Plaza de Toros) is just 300 metres from some units. Calle Larios, the main shopping street, is a 15-minute walk, while Gibralfaro Castle is a 30-minute walk uphill. For longer trips, a bus stop right outside and the tram provide easy access to the city centre and Pedregalejo. The area is well served by supermarkets (Mercadona is around the corner) and multiple restaurants and bars within 0.5 km. Malaga Airport is a 15-minute drive, with a paid shuttle service on request.

Wellness facilities are completely absent on site. The closest leisure assets are Malagueta Beach (4 minutes' walk), the port with its walkway and the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro gardens for walking or running. The bullring, now a cultural venue, hosts concerts. Some apartments include a jacuzzi in the deluxe category, but this depends on the exact unit booked. For organised leisure, the city's historic centre, shops and the marina are all within a short walk.

The property offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and a lift to upper floors. A concierge service and express/private check-in/out are provided. Luggage storage is available at the office before check-in or after check-out. There is no on-site parking; the area around the building is paid blue-zone parking. The nearest public parking is Parking Cervantes, where a spot can be pre-booked for around €21 per day.
