A bus stop is located almost next to the door, making the steep return walk optional - taxis from the promenade cost around €6. The area has a Rumpot pub 1 km away, and several restaurants including Restaurante Mirador Calma, El Rinconcito Gastrobar, and La Fugazzeta all within 0.5 km. Colon Port and Siam Park are also close by car (10-15 minutes). Free street parking is available on the adjacent road.

Each apartment is an independent unit within a complex, featuring a private entrance, soundproof walls, air conditioning, and a walk-in shower with free toiletries. The one-bedroom apartments offer a separate living room and bedroom, with two beds (a double and a sofa bed), and a washing machine. The standout feature is the private pool in some apartments, plus a roof terrace or large balcony with sun loungers and sea views - particularly known for sunset views.
