Some units have a private en-suite bathroom; others have a shared bathroom (a basin is provided inside rooms with shared facilities). Ground-floor rooms are available but limited. All rooms include heating, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms face a quiet garden square, while others are road-facing. Double-glazing is not present in all rooms, and windows may not close fully in certain units, increasing street noise and drafts. The condition of carpets, paintwork, and furniture varies; some rooms are well-maintained, others show wear. The property is a Victorian building with no lift; rooms are on four floors accessible only by stairs.
