The beach is a 20-minute walk or a short bus ride (bus stop 5 minutes away). The City of Arts and Sciences (L'Oceanografic, Turia Gardens) is also within a 20-minute walk. Valencia city centre is about a 25-minute walk or short bus ride. Valencia Airport is 12 km away. The area offers easy street parking (free on some nearby streets) but no dedicated parking. Public transport options include a bus stop close by, making car-free exploration very doable.

Each air-conditioned apartment features a private entrance, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a separate living area with a flat-screen TV and sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, washing machine, and tea/coffee maker. The dining area seats 2-3. One-bedroom units have a double bed in the bedroom, while two-bedroom units offer three single or double beds.
