The hostel is situated in the Lat Krabang district, 1 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport and about 21 km from Mega Bangna shopping mall. A 24-hour 7-Eleven is located on the ground floor of the same building, and a local night market and street food stalls are within a short walk. Reaching the airport by taxi costs around THB80-90; public taxis are available 24 hours from the hostel. The area is not directly served by MRT or BTS, so taxis or ride-hailing apps like Grab are the most practical transport options. The surroundings offer a park about 5 minutes' walk away, and a large market with food and clothing is a bit further out.

The hostel offers 4-bed and 8-bed female dormitories, each with spacious, cabin-style bunks. Each bunk is fitted with a private curtain, a personal reading light, a small work table, shelves, hangers, and a secure locker with a free lock. Rooms are air-conditioned, soundproofed from outside noise, and include a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and a washing machine in some rooms. Some bunks open onto a terrace or balcony. Bed linen, a pillow, towel, and complimentary pajamas are provided. The shared bathrooms on each floor are well-maintained and equipped with walk-in showers, hairdryers, shampoo, body wash, slippers, and other toiletries. The dormitories are quiet, with the beds themselves feeling private and well-designed for a restful night.

Each morning, the hostel offers a basic breakfast including toast, jam, and butter. Throughout the day, the shared kitchen has free snacks, cookies, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, so you can also prepare simple meals using the shared facilities. There is no restaurant on site. For additional dining options, a 24-hour 7-Eleven is located directly below the hostel, and street food stalls offering inexpensive Thai meals are steps away, particularly in the evening.

Wellness and leisure facilities are modest but functional. A fitness room is available for exercise, and the shared lounge/TV area offers a comfortable space to relax, socialize, or use one of the on-site desktop computers. Board games and puzzles are also provided. There is no swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. For outdoor relaxation, a park is about a 5-minute walk from the hostel.

The hostel provides free Wi-Fi in all areas, though the strongest connection is in the lobby. The 24-hour front desk staff offer express check-in/out, free luggage storage, and lockers.
