MBA - SPLENDIDE APPART - GAMBEY 2 - PROCHE REPUBLIQUE, Paris

Located 2 km from the Pompidou Centre and Gare de l'Est, the property is also a 19-minute walk from Opéra Bastille. Paris Orly Airport is 19 km away. The immediate area is well served by public transport, with multiple restaurants, a supermarket, and bakeries within a 0.5 km walk. The Louvre Museum and Notre Dame Cathedral are reachable by metro or on foot. The location is practical for both sightseeing and daily errands, though the entrance can be slightly hard to spot for first-time visitors.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 with one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. When the sofa bed is open, the living space becomes very tight. The bathroom has a walk-in shower but is very small, and the shower area showed signs of mould and limescale. There is no air conditioning; only fans are available, and the single window opens only a few centimetres, making ventilation poor, especially after cooking. A skylight in the bedroom lacks a curtain, letting in early morning light. Some furniture items were reported as unstable. The floor-plan is better suited for 2 people rather than 4.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure amenities. The surrounding area features an ice-skating rink, boating, and a range of restaurants for daytime and evening activity. The metro connects guests to all major Paris attractions.
