The property offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations, each with a private entrance and a separate living room with a sofa bed. The one-bedroom units sleep up to 3-4 people depending on the sofa bed use, while the two-bedroom apartment has three beds total and is spacious enough for larger groups. All apartments feature a well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and kitchenware - plus a coffee machine and dining area. The inner courtyard view provides a quiet outlook, and the apartments are described as clean, fresh, and comfortable, with large rooms. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round, and the building's historic thick doors and electronic locks contribute to a secure and quiet environment. Bedrooms are noted as spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are modern with a shower and free toiletries. The decor is simple but functional and stylish, with a flat-screen TV in each unit. Due to the full kitchen, these apartments suit families and groups who prefer to prepare their own meals.

There is no spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool at the apartments. The leisure focus is entirely on Florence's historic centre, with the Duomo, galleries, and piazzas within a few minutes' walk. An ice-skating rink is also nearby for seasonal recreation.

Luggage storage is available at the office after checkout, which is convenient for late flights. The building is non-smoking and has fire extinguishers and key access for security.
