The apartment regularly organizes social evenings such as barbecues and walking tours. Free bicycle rental is available for exploring Florence, offering an easy way to reach sites like Piazzale Michelangelo. There is no pool, gym, or spa on site.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, covering all rooms and common areas. Daily housekeeping is provided, though it focuses on common areas. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, but must be requested in advance. The property is secured with key access and 24-hour security. Other useful services include a trouser press, fax/photocopying, and a fully-stocked bathroom with toiletries. The single shared bathroom is the main facility issue. The property has an adults-only policy (women only). Non-smoking throughout, with designated smoking areas.
