MDR NUMBERSIX SUITES, Florence

Set on Via Venezia in the city centre, the location combines peace with walkable access to major sights. San Marco Church is 500 metres away, the Duomo 1 km, and Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are within 1.6-2 km. The Cavour metro station (T2 line) is a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket and recommended restaurants are within 10 minutes on foot. Florence Airport is 9 km away. The quiet street makes evening walks feel safe, but the historic centre's narrow lanes mean driving is impractical - public transport or an electric scooter is a useful alternative for covering longer distances.

This air-conditioned apartment includes a private bathroom with a bidet, a washing machine, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware, and dining area. The overall feel is clean, functional, and spacious, with natural light and a garden view from some units. The bathroom has a renovated appearance, and the property is well-maintained. For those needing a base to prepare meals and do laundry, the kitchen and washing machine add genuine convenience. The accommodation is better suited to independent travellers or small groups wanting a self-contained stay rather than a full-service hotel.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and cookware, enabling self-catering. Guests can check availability of breakfast when selecting dates, but there is no on-site restaurant or bar. Several recommended restaurants and a supermarket are within a 10-minute walk, providing practical alternatives for meals. The area also offers a range of cafés and pastry shops, such as Pasticceria Ruggeri and Caffe' Principe, all within a short stroll.

The property offers free WiFi throughout, air conditioning, heating, and a garden. Parking is not available, and there is no airport shuttle service. The reception service includes an invoice provided, and the building has fire extinguishers. The apartment includes a washing machine and ironing facilities, adding convenience for longer stays. The host communication is responsive and check-in and check-out windows are fixed (15:00-18:00 and by 10:00), so planning arrival time is important.
