Temple Street Night Market is a short walk away, and the Ladies' Market is accessible on foot along Nathan Road. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and Jordan MTR stations are each within a few minutes' walk, providing rail connections across Hong Kong, while the Star Ferry terminal is about 20 minutes on foot. The building itself has slow, crowded lifts; walking down the stairs is often faster. The surrounding area is well served by currency exchange offices (rates vary) and fast-food outlets.

Rooms range from 2x2 metres to about 3 m² including the bathroom, with bed sizes around 150x180 cm or less, too short for guests taller than 180 cm. The en-suite bathroom is a combined shower-toilet cubicle, very narrow; the shower head is placed over the toilet bowl. Some rooms lack windows, while those facing the West Kowloon Corridor suffer from constant road noise with minimal soundproofing. The air-conditioning is present but not adjustable, and the room may have a smell of sewage. Towels are small; bringing your own is recommended. A kettle, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi are provided. The overall condition is basic and worn, with stained walls and minimal maintenance.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or provide breakfast. There is a microwave and a vending machine or similar facility for basic snacks. Numerous dining options are steps away on Nathan Road and around Temple Street, including Mido Cafe (0.5 km), Viet Street (0.5 km), and Nathan Congee And Noodle (0.5 km).
