The nearest MTR is Tsim Sha Tsui Station (exit H, 5 minutes on foot), providing quick links across Hong Kong. Harbour City and Kowloon Park are within a short walk, and numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are immediately around the building. The ground floor houses currency exchange counters with competitive rates. Despite the dense, busy surroundings, the location is ideal for exploring Kowloon and accessing the rest of the city via public transport.

Rooms range from single and twin rooms to family rooms and suites, all air-conditioned and soundproofed with flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, free toiletries, and some include a fireplace. Private bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and bath. However, room size is inconsistent: many units are very compact, and some lack windows. Visitors who book a room with a window should confirm this with the property before arrival. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels are changed regularly. The triple and family rooms are more spacious and can accommodate larger groups. The building has a lift, though it can be slow, especially during peak times.
