The hotel sits in the heart of Cannes, 60 metres from the luxury boutiques of Rue d'Antibes and 120 metres from the Boulevard de la Croisette and its beaches. Cannes train station and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès are both a 5-minute walk away. Walkability is excellent: the bus station, the port, and the casino are within a 3-5 minute stroll. Numerous restaurants and cafés line the surrounding streets, and a supermarket is close by. For day trips, the train station provides direct connections to Nice, Monaco, and other Riviera towns. Parking for motorcycles is free directly in front of the hotel; cars should use the Gray d'Albion interparking opposite, which costs approximately 28 EUR for 24 hours.
