Each room is a double with one bed, featuring a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, soundproofed walls, a private entrance, and a tea and coffee maker with an electric kettle. Many have a balcony with city views, and the building's striking Art Nouveau interiors add character. While generally well-insulated, rooms facing the street may experience noise from local bars or events, especially on weekends. The property is clean and well-maintained, with rooms described as spacious and bright.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service, but the surrounding Chinatown district is filled with dining options. Each room includes a tea and coffee maker with complimentary pods and bottled water, a welcome touch for a quick morning drink or an evening relax.

There are no spa, pool, or gym facilities on the property. The immediate area, however, offers plenty to explore: Arena Civica is less than a 10-minute walk away, and Sforzesco Castle and its parklands are a 17-minute stroll.
