Rooms are available as singles, doubles (can be set as twin with two single beds or double with a large bed) and triples (with two or three beds). Each room has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries. In-room amenities include air conditioning (with remote, controllable in warmer months), heating, double-glazed windows, a mini-fridge, a flat-screen TV, a kettle, a coffee machine with pods, and a work desk. Some rooms feature a chromotherapy shower and larger size. The rooms occupy the 6th floor of a historic building and are accessed by a lift. Many rooms have views over the station square. The rooms are described as spacious and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that changes towels, sheets and pillowcases. The double-glazing provides effective sound insulation from the street, though internal corridor noise can be heard between rooms. Rooms facing the courtyard may experience some noise from restaurant extractors.

Breakfast is not included by default and is not served in a common area, but in-room breakfast can be arranged upon request. Each room is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine (pods provided), and tea bags, allowing guests to prepare a hot drink in the morning. There is no restaurant, bar or café within the property. However, the immediate area around Central Station offers multiple restaurants, pizzerias, a market directly opposite, and many takeaway options within a 2-3 minute walk, including Kebab Amir, Boulangerie & Fruit and Ristorante Friends.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas. A paid airport shuttle service can be arranged by request after booking. Luggage storage is available (sometimes free, sometimes with a small fee), but it is best confirmed directly before arrival as it is not always automatically offered. The reception is open 24 hours, though the check-in desk closes at 23:00. Daily housekeeping is provided, including fresh towels, sheets and pillowcases. The building has a lift to the 6th floor. The property is non-smoking throughout. An invoice can be provided for business stays. Paid shuttle service and car hire can also be arranged. No pets are allowed.
