The building is on a relatively quiet street despite being in the heart of the historic centre. Most major sights - the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Vatican - are reachable on foot within 10-20 minutes. The Colosseum and Termini station are longer walks but the area is well served by public transport, with a bus stop 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood feels safe and is packed with restaurants, bars, and gelaterias, making it ideal for tourists who prefer walking over using transit.

Each unit includes a kitchenette (stovetop, toaster, electric kettle, cookware), dining area, and private bathroom with shower and bidet. Some apartments have balconies or terraces with city or courtyard views, while ground-floor units often lack natural light and can feel dark. The studio units are compact and best suited for short stays, while one-bedroom apartments offer a separate living room and more space. High ceilings with original wooden beams and historic features add character. Some units have dated furniture and maintenance issues. Wi-Fi works well inside the apartments.

The kitchenettes include a stovetop, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and a dining table, so preparing basic meals is straightforward. For eating out, there are more than a dozen restaurants and takeaways within 300 metres, including pizza, gelato, and trattorias. Coffee and tea (including a Nespresso machine) are provided in some apartments. Guests who prefer a full hot breakfast should plan to buy groceries or visit one of the nearby cafes, as no breakfast service is offered.
