Rooms range from approximately 15 to 20 m², with double bed sizes. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The decoration is modern and recently renovated, with high ceilings, marble finishes in the bathroom, and a walk-in shower. A flat-screen Smart TV with streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime) is provided, alongside a small fridge, safe, iron and ironing board. Free WiFi is strong and reliable. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. Some rooms open onto a shared hallway, which may feel less private to some, though the rooms themselves are quiet. A Nespresso machine and microwave are available in the common hallway.

The property does not operate a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. For morning meals, there are numerous cafés and pastry shops within a 2-minute walk, such as Caffetteria Leon D'Oro.
