MONTMARTRE MARVEL! DESIGNER APARTMENT NEAR METRO, Paris

The apartment is perfectly placed in the lively Montmartre area, within a 9-minute walk of Sacré-Coeur and a 14-minute walk from La Cigale Concert Hall. Pigalle Metro Station (1 km) and Lamarck - Caulaincourt metro (a few minutes' walk) provide quick connections across Paris, including direct access to Gare du Nord, the Louvre Museum, and Tuileries Garden. Surrounding streets are filled with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. The area feels less touristy than the immediate Sacré-Coeur zone, yet all major sights are easily reached on foot or by metro. Shared bikes are available directly outside the apartment.

This ground-floor apartment features a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom and a second bedroom are complemented by a mezzanine level with a low ceiling - ideal for children or adults who don't mind not being able to stand upright. The two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower) plus a separate WC are a standout convenience for groups. The space feels larger in real life than in photos, with clean, modern furnishings and a cosy atmosphere. Amenities include air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a coffee machine, a washing machine, and all kitchen essentials. Beds (including the sofa bed) are noted as very comfortable.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals and eat in. Within a short walk, there are many dining options: Bululu Arepera, Chez Zena, Mezza Luna, and others are all about 0.5 km away. A bakery and supermarket are nearby, and the Lamarck area has popular bistros such as Rita's, which is within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is self-catering only, but the abundance of local eateries and food shops means you never have to go far for a meal.

The location provides immediate access to Montmartre's iconic sites: Sacré-Coeur is only a 9-minute stroll away, and the lively streets of the area are ideal for walks. An ice-skating rink is available in the surroundings. For a broader range of leisure, the metro quickly connects to the Tuileries Garden, the Louvre Museum, and many other Parisian attractions. The apartment itself offers no dedicated wellness or leisure facilities, but the vibrant district and city access more than compensate.

WiFi is free and reliable throughout the apartment. Express check-in and private check-in/out are available, and the host is noted for being responsive and easy to communicate with. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round. A washing machine and free toiletries are provided. The apartment is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Pets are not allowed, and the property is non-smoking throughout. Parking is available nearby at €4 per hour, with no reservation needed. The apartment is on the ground floor; there are no lift facilities.
