Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is 20 km away; the direct RER B train from Gare du Nord serves the airport in about 30 minutes. Sacré-Cœur is 2 km on foot, and the Louvre Museum is 4 km via metro. A traditional bakery is a 3-minute walk away, and grocery stores are just steps from the apartment. The area is well rated for public transport and is generally considered safe and secure after dark, offering direct connections to all major attractions.

The apartment does not offer on-site dining or breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. A traditional bakery is at the end of the street (3 minutes on foot) for fresh bread and pastries. Several restaurants are within 300 metres, including Sangeetha Vegetarian, Best Of India, Dindigul Thalappakkati, Belushi's, Saravanaa Bhavan, Taste of India, and Indian grocery stores. For evening drinks and pizzeria options, a short walk over the bridge provides a few calm bars. Grocery stores on the street close at 21:00, so plan shopping earlier for late arrivals.

The apartment itself has no swimming pool, spa, or gym. The surrounding neighbourhood provides an ice-skating rink and boating opportunities for leisure. For wellness needs, the excellent public transport connections allow quick access to Parisian spas and fitness centres.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services is provided. The host communicates clearly via WhatsApp and can arrange late check-in (with a 25€ surcharge after 21:00) as well as early check-in upon request. Luggage storage is available upon request, which is useful for exploring on arrival or departure day. There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning equipment is available in the apartment.
