MORETTA APARTMENT, Venice

The apartment sits in the Cannaregio district, 6 minutes on foot from Rialto Bridge and about 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Fondamente Nove ferry stop (350 m) provides direct vaporetto service to the islands of Murano, Burano and to Venice Marco Polo Airport. The immediate area is lined with small shops and bakeries, and the apartment is positioned away from the busiest crowds while keeping major sights within easy walking distance. The closest public parking is at Tronchetto garage on the mainland, requiring a 30-minute vaporetto ride and a 10-minute walk.

The apartment contains a separate bedroom with comfortable beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms - a setup that works particularly well for families of up to five people. The kitchen is fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware, plus a washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning by room is available and works effectively. Sea views can be seen from the balcony when available. Rooms are spacious by Venice standards and soundproofed, keeping the interior quiet despite the central location. Windows are equipped with insect screens and shutters for comfort.

Moretta Apartment does not offer a restaurant or breakfast. Guests can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and tea and coffee facilities. Several bakeries and cafés are within a short walk on the surrounding streets, and more than a dozen restaurants - including Hostaria Bacanera, Ostaria Boccadoro Venezia, and Vecia Cavana - are located within 0.3 to 0.5 km. For those who prefer to cook, fresh supplies are available at nearby shops.
