The free shuttle from the bus stop outside the building runs to Snowflake Lift and Peak 9 - a practical alternative to driving, especially as on-site parking is limited. BreckConnect Gondola is 600m away, and QuickSilver Super6 is also within a 600m radius. For those arriving by car, free off-site parking is available but requires walking to the unit. Denver International Airport is 200 km from the property.

Units are roomy and generally comfortable, with open-plan living areas, sofas, dining spaces, and large windows that provide good natural light. All apartments have a full kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and cooking utensils; many also have a toaster, electric kettle, and tea and coffee facilities. A private bathroom is standard in all units. Bedding configurations may include a king, queen, single beds, bunk beds, and sofa beds - configuration is assigned on arrival and cannot be guaranteed. The property is older, so individual units vary in condition: some have dated furnishings, worn carpets, or maintenance issues like sticking closet doors or non-working lights. Heating is provided via baseboard units; there is no air conditioning, but fans are available at the front office.
