For car users, parking is free on the main street just around the corner (on-site parking is not yet available). A bakery, a discounter, and the Gasthaus Müggelheim restaurant are all within a short walk. The Müggelsee swimming spot is reachable by a short bus ride. The area offers canoeing, fishing, and hiking facilities.

The 35 m2 and 65 m2 apartments each have one separate bedroom plus a living room with a pull-out sofa; the 92 m2 unit has three separate bedrooms with double beds and a large living room. Located just around the corner, Gasthaus Müggelheim is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00. The restaurant serves traditional and modern German dishes and has a lovely beer garden. Special diet menus are available on request. For self-catering, each apartment has a full kitchen and the nearest bakery and discounter are within walking distance.
