TEMPMENTS, Berlin

The apartment is situated in the Köpenick district, a quiet neighbourhood directly on a tram line. The tram stop is a few metres from the entrance, providing connections to S-Bahn stations Grünau and Köpenick within a few minutes, and from there to central areas such as Alexanderplatz (17 km) and the East Side Gallery (14 km). The river, a forest, and walking paths are within easy reach, making it ideal for relaxed strolls. A grocery shop, pharmacy, and several cafés are very close, and the tram also offers a direct link to the airport with one change. Despite being slightly outside the centre, the area is well-served by public transport and is a practical base for exploring Berlin by tram and train.

Each apartment comprises a combined sleeping and living area with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchenware, allowing easy self-catering. The private bathroom includes a bath, hairdryer, and - in some units - a washer-dryer. The unit has two beds: a very comfortable double bed and an additional single. The accommodation is noted for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and modern furnishings. Flooring is parquet or carpeted, and the apartment includes heating, ironing facilities, and blackout blinds. The quiet street setting and effective soundproofing help ensure a restful stay.

The property's restaurant 'Pizeria Cucina' serves Italian cuisine in a family-friendly setting and is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Next door, 'Café Tous les jours' offers a similar menu with German and Italian dishes, including high tea, and is open daily from 08:00 to 21:00. Both venues cater to vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free diets. For self-catering, the apartment's fully equipped kitchen is a practical alternative, and a grocery store is within walking distance for supplies. Breakfast is available at the café next door, making morning meals easy without having to travel far.

The property offers a private beach area and water sport facilities on site, including boating, kayaking, and canoeing, providing direct access to water-based activities. Mini golf is also available for an extra fee. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and cycling, with the riverbank and a nearby forest offering peaceful routes. The quiet street setting and the estate's design create a relaxed atmosphere. No spa, swimming pool, or gym are present on site.

The apartment building has a lift and is accessible by key access and smoke alarms for safety. Wi-Fi is free throughout and noted as reliable.
