The apartment is situated a short 20-minute walk from Copenhagen Airport, making it ideal for layovers or early departures. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, providing a direct route into central Copenhagen-handy for visiting attractions like Christiansborg Palace (7 km) or the Bella Center (5 km). An ice-skating rink is also nearby. Free parking is readily available on the street right outside, a significant convenience for those arriving by car. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with a supermarket and a few restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Walking to the airport is straightforward, though taking bus No. 35 is faster despite a slightly longer route.

The apartment consists of a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four people. It is compact but efficiently laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus an electric kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Additional amenities include a washing machine, flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The private terrace provides outdoor seating and dining furniture with garden views, and is noted for its privacy. The property is thoroughly clean and well-maintained; rooms face a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. While the interior can feel slightly darker due to the lower ground-floor position, the terrace compensates well.

There is no restaurant or breakfast available at the property. Guests should plan to self-cater using the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cookware. The living area features a dining table with chairs. For groceries, a supermarket is within a 5-minute walk, and a few restaurants are nearby for those who prefer not to cook. On arrival, complimentary drinks are provided in the refrigerator.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The apartment offers a private entrance and self check-in with clear instructions, making arrivals smooth. Pets are allowed but may incur additional charges. There is no on-site parking, but free street parking is available directly outside the property. The owner is responsive and communicates well. Luggage storage is not confirmed, but the 11:00 check-out allows for departure flexibility. Safety features include smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
