For air travel, Orly Airport is 19 km away, and a paid airport shuttle is available. The area is well served by metro (lines 8 and 9 within 5 minutes on foot), and plenty of restaurants, bars, boulangeries, and supermarkets are right outside the door. The surroundings include an ice-skating rink and boating options for local entertainment.

The studio makes efficient use of its space with a well-equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, tea and coffee facilities), a washing machine, and ironing facilities.
