NEXUS PALACE, Rome

Situated in a residential area with a local feel, the apartment is well-connected for exploring Rome. Rome Termini Train Station is within a 10-15 minute walk, providing direct train access and metro connections. Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station is less than 1 km away, making it easy to reach the Colosseum and other central attractions. The area has several restaurants and cafes within a 0.5 km radius, including Efeso il Barrocciaio and Ristorante Pizzeria i Fratelli. A bus stop is located directly opposite the building, adding further convenience. The neighbourhood is gated and calmer than the immediate station area, but street parking is very limited and no dedicated parking is available.

The accommodation consists of three private rooms within a shared apartment, each with a shared bathroom. Rooms are available as singles, doubles, or triples, all featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a welcome treat. The rooms are basic and functional, suited for travellers focused on budget and location. Some rooms have been noted to feel small or spartan, and may lack hanging storage. The shared bathroom is cleaned daily by the host. The property is a first-floor apartment with no elevator, set in an older building where doors and windows may not close perfectly.

A basic breakfast is included in the room rate and typically consists of small pastries, coffee, tea, and biscuits. This is a light offering, best suited for a quick start rather than a full meal. For a more substantial breakfast or dinner, the surrounding streets offer a good selection of eateries within a 5-minute walk, including Ristorante Pizzeria i Fratelli and Armando Ristorante. Guests can prepare tea or coffee in the room using the electric kettle and coffee maker. There is no full kitchen for guest use.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is provided by the host, who also offers luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. A minimarket is on site for basic necessities, along with a hairdresser/beautician. The building features a gated entrance for added security, and smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed. There are no laundry or business facilities on the premises.
