B&B BEL AMI, Rome

The B&B sits on a quiet residential street steps from the San Giovanni Metro (line A), giving easy access to Termini station and the historic centre. The Colosseum is a 15-20-minute walk; Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum are within 3 km. Several cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, and the renowned Gelateria La Romana are within a 5-minute walk. The area is very walkable for sightseeing, and the Metro is often the quickest option for longer journeys. No parking exists on site, so car travellers need to rely on public transport or paid garages.

Rooms include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, wardrobe, heating, and free WiFi. Some rooms offer a balcony and a view of St. John Lateran's Basilica. The rooms are clean and comfortable for city breaks but have basic, classic furnishings; the bathrooms can be compact. Wardrobes are available but some may feel small. Air conditioning is available for an extra €10/night cash surcharge. Bed sizes vary (double or twin/double) and mattresses may show some wear. Heating is generally effective. Some rooms can experience noise from plumbing or neighbouring apartments; light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs or request a quieter room.

General facilities include a lift (ideal for heavy luggage), heating, non-smoking throughout, and key access security. Internet is free with strong speeds (31 Mbps). Daily housekeeping is included. Luggage storage is available free of charge for early arrivals or late departures. Reception staff speak English, Italian, and Romanian. Accepted payment cards: Visa and MasterCard. The property does not have parking, an airport shuttle, or on-site restaurant/spa. Pets are not allowed.
