NIAM HOUSE VOLTURNO, Rome

The property offers family rooms (quadruple) and twin rooms, each with a sofa, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and kitchenware. All rooms share a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Road-facing rooms can be noisy at night, especially from street traffic, so light sleepers should request a quieter room. The building lacks a lift - rooms are on the second floor, requiring stair access. Cleanliness has been reported as inconsistent, particularly in the bathroom and shared kitchen areas. The rooms themselves are simple, with heating, non-smoking policy throughout, and key card access for security.

Each room is equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare simple meals. The shared kitchen area is available but cleanliness has been noted inconsistent. Numerous dining options are within a short walk, including Rifugio Romano, Gelateria La Romana, and Culinaria, all around 0.5 km away, offering a variety of cuisines for those who prefer eating out.

The property is a 5-minute walk from Rome Termini Metro Station and 600 m from Termini train station, making it ideal for travellers relying on public transport. Santa Maria Maggiore is a 13-minute walk away, and Villa Borghese is 1 km. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km. The neighbourhood is central and well-connected, but the building itself is in an older structure with no reception or visible signage - visitors need to coordinate arrival in advance. Nearby food options include multiple restaurants and a fruit bar, all within 0.3-0.5 km.
