NICE ART HOTEL, Nice

The hotel sits in a central area with supermarkets, bakeries, casual restaurants, and a fruit market all within a few minutes. Numerous dining options are within 0.5 km, offering a range of cuisines including pizza, Middle Eastern, and French. The tram stop is nearby, providing direct connections to the airport and other parts of the city. The Promenade des Anglais and the beach are a comfortable 15-minute walk south. The neighbourhood is mixed and lively; some find it feels less safe at night, so it is best suited for travellers comfortable with an urban environment.

Accommodation options range from private rooms with private bathrooms to dormitories with shared corridor bathroom facilities. Private rooms are available for up to three people and some include a work desk. Dormitory rooms feature lockers (guests must bring their own padlock) and separate male and female rooms. Children under 12 are not allowed in dormitories. The building has no elevator, so rooms on upper floors involve stairs. The property's age and budget positioning means fixtures and finishes are basic.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is offered and the staff are known to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels/linen are provided. A business centre is available on-site. The hotel maintains key-card access, 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. No on-site parking is provided. Reception is open until around 17:00; after that, travellers arriving late must check in at a partner hotel nearby. The property does not have an elevator.
