Nice Palace Hotel is situated in a practical Bangkok neighbourhood, just 10 minutes on foot from Saphan Khwai BTS Skytrain Station, which provides direct access to the Sukhumvit line and the Airport Rail Link. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from JJ Weekend Market and a 15-minute drive from Don Muang Airport. Mo Chit bus terminal (4 km) and Bang Sue Transport Hub (3 km) are both within a short taxi ride. Rooms at Nice Palace Hotel offer practical comfort with wooden flooring, sofas, a fridge, and a dresser. All rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom with toiletries; hair dryers are available from reception. Selected rooms include a balcony, ideal for fresh air or smoking. The Superior Suite offers a bathtub. Rooms are generally spacious, though bathrooms can feel dated and compact. Beds are firm, which may suit those preferring a harder mattress. Some rooms have limited electrical socket placement; a power strip can help. The lift is available but can be slow with luggage. Triple and twin room options are available, some with balconies.

The hotel's restaurant, Nice Coffee Shop, serves hearty Thai, Chinese, and Western meals for lunch and dinner, and room service is available for in-room dining. Daily breakfast is available but not included in the room rate, so confirm the cost and timing at check-in. A 7-Eleven within walking distance offers additional snack and drink options. Several local restaurants are nearby within 0.5 km, including Konchong Konprung, Smiley Shrimp, and Brewix. The hotel also has a minimarket on site for convenience items.

For downtime, the hotel provides a shared lounge/TV area and a terrace where guests can relax outdoors. Massage services are not offered at the property, but several massage parlours are within a short walk of the hotel. There is no swimming pool or spa. The barber/beauty shop on site adds convenience for grooming needs during your stay.
