The hotel sits in the quiet Nihonbashi district, within a 10-15 minute walk of Tokyo Station. The Asakusa Subway Line provides direct service to both Narita and Haneda airports. Nearby convenience stores and a wide variety of authentic local eateries line the streets. The closest subway exit with an elevator is A6 on the Hibiya Line; exits A3 and A6 both have lifts for luggage. Tokyo Sky Tree is reachable in 10 minutes by subway. The area is lively yet calm, with many restaurants and shops within a short walk, including Mitsukoshi Department Store 10 minutes away.

All rooms are carpeted and include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, trouser press, wardrobe, and individual temperature control. The en suite bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and toiletries. Video-on-demand movies can be purchased for in-room entertainment. The standard twin room is 17 m2 with two single beds; for three adults, two separate rooms must be reserved. Some rooms face adjacent buildings with no external view.
