The neighborhood has a convenience store across the street and many restaurants within 0.5 km, including Asian, yakitori, and steak options. The Sumida Hokusai Museum and the riverside aqua bus stop are also nearby, making sightseeing convenient.

Each unit is a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living area, offering significantly more space than typical Tokyo hotels. Rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and kettle, plus a washing machine and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. Some units feature a hot tub and a terrace. However, the condition of furnishings varies: while some rooms are clean and well-maintained, others have old sofas, stained bedding, and sewer odors. Air conditioning and heating are available, and the rooms are generally quiet despite being on a main road. The space works well for groups of up to six, though the beds are placed close together.

The property does not serve meals. For self-catering, each room has a full kitchen with cookware, utensils, and a refrigerator.
