Securing a taxi can be difficult, so the tram is the most reliable option. A secure parking facility is a 6-minute walk away for guests arriving by car.

The property offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, all recently renovated and featuring modern furniture and parquet flooring. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle) and a dining area. The one-bedroom apartment for four people has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room; two-bedroom units have three beds. Street-facing apartments can experience noise from trams and traffic, while back-facing units are quieter. Rooms on higher floors require climbing steep stairs. No air conditioning is provided, so opening windows is the only cooling method. The building is sound-sensitive; conversations and hallway noise can be heard between apartments. Some units have limited storage space. Towels and linen are not changed during stays of up to seven nights.

Each apartment contains a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and cooking utensils, enabling guests to prepare their own meals. The surrounding neighbourhood offers a variety of dining options within a short walk.
