Situated 1 km from Dam Square and a 15-minute walk from Central Station, the property offers direct rail links to Museumplein and Leidseplein in about 15 minutes. Chinatown and Nieuwmarkt are a 5-minute walk away, Waterlooplein with its shops and markets is 500 metres away, and the NEMO Science Museum is a 10-minute walk. Rembrandtplein is 15 minutes on foot. The area is ideal for exploring on foot, with a tram stop and supermarket within a short walk. Parking is not available, so car-free travel is strongly recommended.

Rooms are described as spacious, clean, and decorated with original flair. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, tea/coffee making facilities, a refrigerator, complimentary fresh fruit, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi.
