The apartment buildings used for some rooms are located up to four blocks from the main reception, requiring a short walk over bridges and along narrow alleys.

Rooms in the main hotel have Venetian character with wood-beamed ceilings, tapestries, and views of the street. All rooms come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with bidet, and tea/coffee-making facilities. However, some units are in separate apartment buildings without daily housekeeping; these apartments may have dated furnishings, uneven floors, and are reached via steep stairs without a lift. Beds vary: some are comfortable with soft mattresses, while others are reported as very firm. Road-facing rooms can pick up noise from nearby bars. Several apartments include a fridge and a kettle, but kitchenettes lack full cooking facilities. Light sleepers should request a room away from the street.
