Petaling Street Market, dozens of popular eateries (Merchant's Lane, Hawker Chan, Ho Kow Hainanese Kopitiam), and 24-hour convenience shops are within a 3-minute walk. The roof terrace directly faces the Merdeka 118 tower, providing a landmark view.

Standard air-conditioned rooms accommodate 1-3 guests, with private bathroom options. Twin or double rooms have two single beds. Larger air-conditioned rooms for three guests use a shared bathroom with hot water. Fan-cooled rooms for 1-2 guests share a bathroom (some have no hot water). An 8-bed fan-cooled dormitory uses shared facilities with a standing shower and no hot water. All rooms include free Wi-Fi and a safe deposit box (except dormitory). Rooms facing the street may experience traffic noise; requesting a quieter interior room is recommended. The property enforces a no-shoes policy inside, so plan footwear accordingly.

Oasis Guest House does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. The shared kitchen on the 4th floor is equipped for basic meal preparation and includes a refrigerator. Petaling Street and Chinatown are directly outside, with hundreds of hawker stalls, Kopitiams, and restaurants ranging from 0.3 to 0.5 km away. Recommended nearby spots include Merchant's Lane, Moontree, Bubble Bee Cafe, and Wildflowers. For a wider selection, Pasar Seni station provides quick access to the rest of KL's food scene.

The main leisure feature is the rooftop terrace, accessible via stairs on the 5th floor, providing panoramic views of the Merdeka 118 tower and the Petronas Towers. It is a quiet spot to relax during the day and evening. There is no spa, gym, swimming pool, or organised leisure programme. The guest house's central location puts parks and public spaces within walking distance.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The 24-hour front desk handles late check-in and luggage storage (valuables can be held securely).
